1. Data we collect

Account data: your email address (for email sign-up) or the account identifier and basic profile returned by Google (for Google sign-in), plus a display name. Usage data: the series and episodes you watch and how far you got, favorites, search queries, language preference, device and browser information, IP address and approximate region. Cookies and similar technologies are described below.

We do not ask for your real name, date of birth, payment card or government ID. The Service is free of charge in this version.

2. How we use it

To run the Service (play episodes, remember where you stopped, keep your favorites); to keep the Service secure and prevent abuse; to measure how the Service is used in aggregate so we can improve it; and to answer your requests.

3. Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies keep you signed in, remember your age confirmation, your language and your cookie choice. Analytics cookies are optional: you can accept or reject them in the cookie banner and change your choice at any time via “Cookie Settings” in the footer. Rejecting analytics does not affect playback.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that host, deliver or help us analyse the Service, under contracts that limit their use of it; with Google when you choose Google sign-in; and when the law requires. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Retention

Account data is kept while your account exists. Watch history and favorites can be cleared by you at any time from your account pages. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. 7. Security

We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encrypted connections and hashed passwords. No system is completely secure.

8. Children

The Service is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact wuming@2upnova.com and we will delete it.
