Tell us the request type, the email address linked to the information and enough detail to identify the relevant records. Subject to applicable conditions, you can request access or a copy, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, an objection, withdrawal of consent or an appeal. We do not sell data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We normally verify through the email address linked to the information and use checks proportionate to the risk. An authorized agent may act where allowed. Do not send identity documents or intimate media unless we first explain why information is necessary and provide a suitable method.
We respond without undue delay, normally within 30 days and, where the GDPR applies, within one calendar month, or any shorter period required by applicable law. If an extension is legally permitted, we explain the reason and revised deadline within the initial period.
We explain a refusal, limited retention or lawful fee. To appeal, reply to the decision or email with the subject “Privacy Appeal.” We handle appeals under the applicable local deadline. You may contact a competent supervisory authority without first exhausting our review, including the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection at https://uoou.gov.cz/en/consultation/contact, the Canadian OPC at https://www.priv.gc.ca or the competent provincial or state authority.
